Two blocks or 200 meters away is the bike path that leads to the fifth avenue. 5 minutes from Playa Corasol or Punta Esmeralda which has a cenote with public access.

Nearby you will find food and beverage stores (oxxo, pharmacy, greengrocer's shop) at 400 meters. Public transportation 200 meters away. The tourist area of Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen is between 1st and 40th street, 900 meters from the house.

Walking to 5 min there is public transportation to go to Cancun or to the ADO bus terminal or minivan Colectivas that take you to the archaeological sites and cenotes.

I recommend renting a bicycle to be at the beach in 10 min or renting a car to have faster access to the attractions of the destination, parks, cenotes, pyramids, shopping malls and beaches. However, it is important to consider that all of downtown Playa del Carmen now has a parking meter ($10 pesos/hour).

Within 400 meters walking distance there are small shops, pharmacies, oxxo, fruteria, tortilleria. There is home delivery service with ubereats or rappi at any time. There are several supermarkets like Chedraui, Walmart, Soriana that are 15 minutes away by car and have home delivery service.

A 10 minute drive from the tourist area of Quinta Avenida, 5 minutes from Punta Esmeralda Beach, one hour from Cancun and one hour from Tulum.

In the tourist area of Quinta Avenida there are three shopping centers: Quinta Alegria, Paseo Corazón, Paseo del Carmen. For experimebtar to be local there are two other malls 10 minutes away, Plaza las Americas with Cinepolis, Chedraui, restaurants, stores. And Centro Maya with Cinemex, restaurants, stores, Bancomer and Santander bank ATMs.

On Juarez Avenue there are Bancomer, Santander and Banamex banks. On Constituyentes Avenue there is Soriana with Santander bank and Bancomer ATM.

Archeological sites such as Tulum is one hour away, Coba is one hour and 40 minutes away and Chichen Itza is two hours and 30 minutes away.

There are many cenotes 30 minutes away near Puerto Morelos which is also incredible for snorkeling on the reef.

The parks of xcaret, xplor and xenxes are 10 minutes away.

Very nice beaches like Xpuha in Puerto Aventuras and Maroma towards Puerto Morelos are 20 minutes away.

It is a new residential so around there are many green areas, car shops and a Coppel warehouse, as it was considered an industrial area. And now it has changed.

The beaches have public access on Pintores avenue at the end of Esmeralda or on 88th street or at Club Corasol where there is a minimum charge of 250 pesos per person and includes a beach bed, pool, shade, restrooms, beach.
